Sinner saved by God’s amazing grace.  Husband to the most amazing woman in the world.  Father to the two best kids a man could ask for.  Worship leader.  Natural resource manager.  Explorer.  Adventure cyclist.  Writer.  Photographer.

These are a handful of the things that consume my life on a daily basis, but I work hard (sometimes successful, sometimes not) to keep the first three, the most important to me, in that order.  I am blessed to be able to lead God’s people in worship, and write and share songs about God’s grace, life, love and anything else that is on my heart.  I’ve been blessed to live and work in a number of different locations, allowing me to meet some great folks and see some amazing things along the way.  I love to explore the natural world by fat tire bike, and most any other method.  In a former chapter of my life I spent countless hours with a camera in my hand, documenting the natural world for my employers and various publications, and also providing lifestyle photography services for a wide range of clients.

One of my goals with this site is to share my love of the natural world with you, as I see it through the lens of grace and adventure.  I hope to share the learnings of life through written word and song, and inspire you to go and create art of your own.  Over the last few years, I’ve begun to focus on taking better care of myself spiritually, physically, and mentally.  I hope to inspire you to do the same.
